We're seeking a dynamic and adaptable Sr. HR Generalist to join our Talent & Culture team, someone who is ready to jump in and make an immediate impact across various HR and administrative functions. As a key player in our team, you'll wear many hats—collaborating closely with colleagues, supporting organizational growth, and taking ownership of both high-level and day-to-day HR initiatives. In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on employee relations issues.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and disputes.
  • Participate in full-cycle recruitment efforts for key positions.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with laws.
  • Coach managers and employees on performance feedback.
  • Compile HR data and create reports as needed.
  • Identify and recommend training opportunities to improve employee skills.
  • Work alongside the Director of Talent & Culture to enhance employee engagement.
  • Act as backup for all members of the Talent & Culture Team.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Experience with PEO and applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources.
  • Professional HR certification preferred.
  • Fluency with Google Suite or MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and employee-focused.
