You’ll leverage your strong communication, organizational, and budgeting skills to oversee projects from start to finish, working closely with talented cross-functional teams of engineers and analysts within an Agile framework.

In Short

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Participate in the design and implementation of project management standards.
• Coordinate internal resources for the execution of multiple projects.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans.
• Manage relationships with external clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist in the development of project scopes and objectives.
• Provide administrative support in project meetings.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience managing projects and teams.
• Experience with Agile and/or Scrum Kanban methodology.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to coach others and build consensus.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Certificates in agile project management preferred.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
