Technology Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Technology Project Manager (TPM) will drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of cloud-first, API-first, and data modernization initiatives aligned with Midwest Loan Services' strategic transformation roadmap.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of technology modernization programs.
• Maintain project roadmaps, milestone plans, resource forecasts, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and vendors for delivery dependencies.
• Own project documentation including charters, runbooks, and test plans.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate business goals into requirements.
• Support UAT planning and execution, defect triaging, and production readiness reviews.
• Ensure change management and compliance documentation are maintained.
• Provide weekly status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Act as primary liaison for project escalations and stakeholder alignment.
• Complete all required training in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years managing IT or digital transformation projects experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government regulated industry preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership and/or management experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and Agile delivery required.
