Investor Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

Responsible for assisting with reporting and reconciling all Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) portfolios, private portfolio monthly reconciliations, loan sale transfers, along with providing support and backup for all other department reporting and reconciliations.

In Short

• Report loan level activity to GSE agencies daily.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reconciliations for GSE portfolios.
• Provide support for completing Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae and FHLB reconciliations.
• Complete the transfer of new GSE loan sales by clients to proper portfolios.
• Provide back up support for other department functions as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in accounting field desired.
• Previous experience in mortgage banking industry desired.
• Previous experience using MSP (Black Knight) required.
• 3+ years previous experience with GSE investor reporting required.
• Maintain & foster positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
• Provide professional communication in both oral & written expression.
• Excellent organizational, time management & analytical skills.
