Investor Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Investor Reporting team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Investor Reporting Team including daily and monthly reporting and remitting to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae and Non-GSE investors.

In Short

• Complete daily and monthly reporting for investors within the SLA timelines.
• Perform reconciliation, root cause analysis and resolution of daily rejects or edits.
• Review and remit funds to investors and clients within the SLA’s.
• Assist in the completion of client billing on a monthly basis.
• Execute and problem-solve in day-to-day operations for Investor Reporting.
• Collaborate with other servicing departments.
• Assist with audits by providing required documentation.
• Provide feedback on existing processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering team.
• Scope upcoming changes from the GSE’s.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an investor reporting or finance function.
• Minimum 2 years of GNMA investor reporting experience.
• FHA/VA/RHS Experience.
• Familiarity with large data set analysis in Excel.
• Experience with SQL preferred.
