• Hiring a Data Analyst II for Valon Mortgage analytics function.
• Provide analytical support across operational business.
• Partner with business leaders to improve operational visibility.
• Create dashboards and custom reports.
• Write SQL queries and conduct ad hoc analysis.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and data QA.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers.
• 4–7 years experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Hex, Looker, etc.).
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
