Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Finance Analyst assists the Finance Manager and VP in all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities of the Bank, including budget preparation, forecasts, and management financial reports.

In Short

• Lead period-end financial reporting variance analysis.
• Maintain a database of operating metrics.
• Sourcing calculations for metric reporting and data analysis.
• Assist in the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Support Business Unit Leaders with FP&A requests.
• Administer the Bank’s FRP system.
• Monitor and review the Bank’s financial models.
• Attend Accounting/Finance team meetings.
• Provide high-level customer relations and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or mathematics preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional Certifications (CMA or CTP) are a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• General knowledge of management and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing.
• General knowledge of regulatory reporting is a plus.
