Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to oversee and optimise the financial operations of our eCommerce business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with accounting standards.

In Short

• Maintain accurate unit costs for each SKU.
• Oversee SKU data integrity, including inventory, invoices, pricing, and margins.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and provide insights.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• eCommerce or retail background with experience managing SKUs.
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting or analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
