Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Finance Analyst to join the Finance team within Form3.

In Short

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on critical deliverables.
• Support company-wide cost management and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate cost data and support performance tracking.
• Build financial models for cost, spend, and usage metrics.
• Collaborate with R&D teams for data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in tracking cost budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare reports for management and board presentations.
• Partner across the business for wider initiatives.
• Support the Tax team with annual R&D tax claims.
• Opportunity for growth with mentorship from Senior Finance Business Partner.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a Finance Analyst role.
• Part-qualified Accountant (CIMA; ACA; ACCA) or relevant degree.
• Experience in Management Accounting and cost tracking.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capability.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for performance reporting.
