Overview

The Finance Analyst at JLL will manage client finance, vendor payments, and assist in budget preparation, ensuring timely financial reporting and resolution of queries.

• Manage client finance and vendor payment processes.
• Validate billing and funding reports.
• Ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Prepare monthly billing trackers and vendor margin workings.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Resolve financial queries from clients and vendors.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging scores.
• Provide audit support and financial information to Ops team.
• Work closely with the Financial Services Center (FSC).
• Consolidate vendor outstanding reconciliations.
