Overview

In this role, you will work as a well-rounded HR professional helping PSI streamline onboarding and training for clinical research professionals, and support all personnel-related matters.

In Short

  • Responsible for full cycle onboarding and offboarding of staff.
  • Maintains compliance with local employment laws and updates HR policies.
  • Administers employee benefits and manages vendor selection.
  • Conducts employee surveys and analyzes results.
  • Coordinates local/regional meetings and events.
  • Assists with employment-related inquiries.
  • Provides information for salary calculations and payroll.
  • Supports Talent Acquisition team with interviews.
  • Organizes induction training for Operations staff.
  • Maintains the company HR database and documentation.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in HR or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in HR activities.
  • Knowledge of general human resources practices.
  • Full working proficiency in Portuguese, English & Spanish.
  • Industry experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech is a plus.
  • PC skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
