Idera is a high growth, highly profitable multinational software company seeking a talented Human Resource Generalist to provide HR expertise and collaborate with the HR Team.

In Short

• Coordinate headcount preparation and reporting for Finance and Accounting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies.
• Manage international HR efforts and activities.
• Collaborate and drive HR projects across the team.
• Lead Mergers and Acquisitions activities including due diligence.
• Handle conflicting initiatives and special projects.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to make effective recommendations to resolve issues.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills required.
