In Short

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service via SalesForce across multiple channels.
  • Engage in clear and professional communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  • De-escalate challenging customer interactions.
  • Recognize when to escalate cases to higher support.
  • Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in interactions.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Adhere to company culture and policy.
  • Utilize technology tools to perform duties efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a service-focused company.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cross-selling and upselling in customer service.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools, SalesForce, and Microsoft 365 is desirable.
