Overview

The Customer Service Specialist II works under general supervision to manage buyer messages, product reviews, negative feedback remediation, and return and refund coordination across client accounts, ensuring a positive buyer experience on the Amazon platform.

In Short

  • Independently manages buyer-seller messaging across client accounts
  • Owns negative feedback and product review remediation workflows
  • Coordinates return and refund decisions with brand management
  • Synthesizes trends and hands off to relevant teams
  • Identifies and routes buyer complaints to the FBA Resolution team
  • Utilizes escalation paths for complex buyer-seller disputes
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for Customer Service functions
  • Provides guidance to peers on casework
  • Stays current on Amazon policy changes
  • Maintains or exceeds performance standards

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably on the Amazon platform
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
