Overview

The Customer Service Specialist II is responsible for managing buyer messages, product reviews, negative feedback remediation, and return and refund coordination for client accounts, ensuring a positive buyer experience on the Amazon platform.

In Short

  • Independently manage buyer-seller messaging across assigned client accounts.
  • Own end-to-end negative feedback and product review remediation workflows.
  • Coordinate return and refund decisions with brand management.
  • Synthesize trends and communicate them to relevant teams.
  • Identify and route buyer complaints related to FBA issues.
  • Utilize escalation paths for complex buyer-seller disputes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Customer Service functions.
  • Provide guidance to peers on casework.
  • Stay current on Amazon policy changes through external resources.
  • Maintain or exceed performance standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's seller policies.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
