• Drive process improvements across forecasting, close, and reporting workflows.
• Build executive-ready financial dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of financial plans.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Utilize advanced Excel and BI tools for financial modeling and analysis.
• Prepare and present financial decks to senior leadership.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting profitability.
• Champion scalable processes within the FP&A function.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise FP&A.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executive leadership.
• Experience in process improvement and automation in finance.
• Familiarity with Netsuite, Anaplan, Oracle, Salesforce, or Tableau.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or related discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
