Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst at HubSpot will support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making for the Business Technology and Security organizations, guiding investment decisions and ensuring financial discipline.

• Serve as the FP&A partner for Business Technology and Security teams.
• Lead financial planning rhythms including annual planning and monthly forecasts.
• Evaluate investments and resource allocation decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar role.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
