Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and people strategy leader embedded within assigned business units, building trusted partnerships with senior leadership and people managers to drive organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in process improvement and SOP development.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations matters.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of HR best practices.
