Manager of FP&A - IT Finance - Remote

Overview

The Manager, FP&A (Information Technology) is a high-impact, high-visibility role within a fast-paced tech-enabled Healthcare Services organization. This leader will serve as the primary financial partner to the CIO and IT leadership team, owning all forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, vendor analytics, and performance reporting across the IT function.

• Serve as the strategic finance partner to the CIO and IT leadership.
• Lead the development and enhancement of financial models for IT-related expenditures.
• Own financial management of offshore/nearshore IT resources.
• Drive the annual operating plan and rolling forecast processes.
• Monitor actuals against budget and forecast.
• Provide executive-ready reporting for the CFO, CIO, and leadership team.
• Evaluate IT vendor contracts to optimize spend.
• Partner cross-functionally with various departments for financial alignment.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for IT performance tracking.
• Uphold financial policy compliance and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Experience supporting IT functions and developing financial models.
• Proven ability to prepare executive-level materials.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
