Overview

The Compliance Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the CareMetx Compliance and Risk Management team, playing a critical role in maintaining the integrity of CareMetx’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance documentation is current and complete.

In Short

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Compliance and Risk Management team.
  • Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and support defect management processes.
  • Facilitate internal and external audit activities.
  • Ensure vendor records and compliance documentation are up to date.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve process efficiency and documentation quality.
  • Assist with vendor management and training compliance tracking.
  • Support CAPA documentation and tracking corrective actions.
  • Maintain organized records of compliance activities.
  • Coordinate compliance team meetings and prepare documentation.
  • Perform other compliance and risk management tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, compliance, or healthcare operations role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience with AI tools and willingness to develop competency in AI.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team orientation with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
