The Compliance Coordinator supports the development and implementation of compliance policies, reporting, and practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Collect and analyze compliance results and report to the VP.

• Requires strong organizational and communication skills.
• Position may require occasional weekend and evening hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of compliance experience in higher education preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support student success.
• Exhibits flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
• Reliable transportation for occasional campus visits.
