Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to work from home or the office, providing support for a premier supplier of home elevators.

In Short

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner.
  • Allocate technicians for service visits and repairs.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Build customer loyalty through follow-ups.
  • Book service offerings via outbound calls.
  • Liaise with branch service personnel for efficient service.
  • Record customer information into computer systems.
  • Process payments for services.
  • Offer additional products and services to customers.
  • Assist with other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce.
  • 2-4 years of direct customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Office.
  • Polite and courteous demeanor.
  • Organized, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented.
