  • Resolve customer complaints with independent problem-solving skills.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics while providing accurate information.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
  • Strong organization and communication skills are necessary.
  • Bilingual Spanish & English is highly preferred.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Teamwork and partnership skills.
  • Dedicated workspace with no distractions.
  • Reliable internet connection with specific speed requirements.
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English is preferred.
