Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

This position involves providing exceptional customer service as the "Voice of Moen" for consumers with product, installation, or warranty inquiries.

In Short

• 100% remote position with all necessary equipment provided.
• Starting rate of $17/hour with potential for overtime.
• Over 200 hours of paid virtual training on Moen products.
• Responsibilities include handling a high volume of incoming calls.
• Must develop knowledge of products and procedures.
• Must navigate multiple databases to assist consumers quickly.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must thrive in a low mobility work environment.
• Flexible schedule required after training.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in PC skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Bi-lingual in French or Spanish is a plus.
• Must meet internet speed requirements.
• Must be available for training starting December 1, 2025.
