Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Controller who will work full-time for a single client, managing end-to-end bookkeeping, financial organization, and accounting operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Dext.
• Experience with digital products and affiliate-based revenue models.
• Ability to analyze and prepare product-level sales data.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills.
• Resourceful and proactive in troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Experience with sales channel reserves and payouts.
• Familiarity with ClickBank and similar platforms preferred.
