Overview

ClearSource is seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide customer support for our client’s premium home appliance warranty, helping customers eliminate the stress and hassle of many home maintenance services.

In Short

  • Follow-up with internal and external customers to resolve service issues.
  • Discuss covered and non-covered items on calls.
  • Send emails and collaborate with departments for customer support.
  • Manage recalls and open dispatch tickets.
  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls.
  • Attempt to retain dissatisfied customers.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the Home Warranty Campaign.
  • Answer customer questions about coverage limits and account changes.
  • Process billing inquiries and payments.
  • Handle pre-appointment work orders.

Requirements

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support role.
  • Preferably with strong inbound call handling experience.
  • Telco account background is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to listen and provide timely solutions.
  • Must be willing to work onsite on day 1.
