Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure a seamless customer experience by verifying critical customer information and maintaining the accuracy of customer processes.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
  • Data analysis and basic reporting skills.
