Overview

RahrBSG is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Account Representative 1 who will act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or related role
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
• Knowledge of homebrewing or beer industry preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations
• Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs
