Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in handling inbound customer calls.
  • Familiarity with service ticket creation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
