Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for CONNECT customers, addressing service issues and inquiries primarily from a home-based environment.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bilingual assessments in Spanish and English are required.
• P&C Producer license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must complete the state's P&C license exam within 12 months.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person engagements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Internet connection meeting specified requirements.
• Physical ability to perform office work.
