Requirements

• At least 1-year experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level)

• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies
• Experience with MS Office and online calendars
• Proactive and detail-oriented
