Overview

We are seeking motivated team members to support our rewards program, assisting members with questions about redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. The rewards program encourages healthy behaviors, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges.

In Short

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow a highly scripted workflow to complete accurate verification and assist callers with all requests.
  • Identify customers' needs and provide solutions.
  • Access company and client resources to handle calls accurately.
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times.
  • Flexibility to cross train as requested.
  • Work-at-home position available in multiple states.
  • Starting pay at $17/hour plus shift differential.
  • Full-time position with benefits eligibility after 60 days.
  • Paid training typically lasts for one week.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service or support experience required.
  • Bilingual/Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Technical savvy able to toggle between multiple browsers & systems.
  • Quick learner and able to work independently.
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required.

Benefits

  • Starting pay - $17/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends).
  • Work hours - Shifts between 5:00am-7:30pm (PST); Work Days - Mon-Fri.
  • Paid Training - typically 1 week from 6:00am-3:00pm (PST).
  • Status - Full time-Benefit (40 hrs) eligible 1st of month after 60 days.
  • Equipment will be shipped to you.
