Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Call center or office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical savvy and ability to use multiple systems.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and be a quick learner.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Proficiency in English is necessary.
