Overview

The Customer Service Agent will be in contact with customers, handling inquiries, maintaining service level agreements, and acting as an interface between the development department and customers.

  • Initial experience in the IT industry or a strong affinity for IT.
  • High level of customer orientation and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Experience with JIRA and JIRA Service Desk.
  • Fluency in German and good command of English.
  • Open-minded and team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
  • Independent and process-oriented approach to work.
