In Short

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and with empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen attentively and respond appropriately to customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
