Overview

We are recruiting an experienced and commercially grounded B2B Sales Executive to support the continued growth of a premium UK gifting and food brand operating within the speciality retail and wholesale space.

In Short

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based small to mid-sized B2B accounts
  • Sell into garden centres, independent gift shops, speciality retailers, and regional stockists
  • Conduct professional video calls and virtual meetings with UK buyers and owners
  • Build long-term relationships through rapport-driven, consultative selling
  • Manage outbound and inbound sales activity using a CRM system
  • Follow up consistently with leads and existing customers via email and calls
  • Confidently handle pricing, margins, and unit-level calculations
  • Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling, and seasonal gifting ranges
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of pipelines, conversations, and deal stages
  • Collaborate closely with the internal UK team to onboard and support accounts
  • Represent the brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly with small to mid-sized retailers
  • Strong understanding of relationship-led selling
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills for video and phone interactions
  • Ability to manage pricing and margins effectively
  • Proven track record of building long-term client relationships
  • Experience in consultative selling approaches
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the gifting and food retail sector is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
