Overview

Seedbox is looking for a full-time customer service agent for our overnight shift. As a customer service agent, you will champion our brand, and support Seedbox in achieving their business goals by engaging with clients to help them find resolution to their issue swiftly and efficiently.

In Short

  • Full-time overnight customer service position
  • Handle inquiries via email and chat only
  • Work 4 days a week, 40 hours total
  • Remote training provided before shift begins

  • Track record in customer service is preferred
  • Fast typing skills required for managing multiple conversations

Requirements

  • Excellent English written skills (French and other languages are an asset)
  • Availability to work Friday to Monday, 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. EST
  • Remote training availability from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST for 4 to 6 weeks
  • Computer savvy and comfortable with various software
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Fast typing skills to keep up with conversations
  • Familiarity with online services and web browsers
  • Punctuality and a positive attitude are essential
