Paralegal, Corporate Services - Remote

Overview

The Paralegal, Corporate Services will be tasked with enhancing legal operations and compliance across our Corporation’s Group of entities, both domestically and internationally. The role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to manage corporate documentation, including minute books and regulatory filings and the management of the intellectual property, effectively supporting our broad range of corporate responsibilities.

Requirements

• Diploma of college studies in Paralegal Technology.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in corporate law.
• Good understanding of Intellectual Property.
• Proficiency in Word and Google Docs.
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High precision in legal documentation.
• Autonomy and proactivity.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Base salary between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00.
