Overview

As a bilingual customer service representative, you will provide accurate and prompt responses to written and telephone customer inquiries regarding policy transactions and coverage. You will also provide information and solutions to customers to retain business and enhance customer loyalty, including offering insurance products for enrollment.

  • Maintain knowledge of policy contracts and processing procedures.

  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • 1 year of related working experience in customer sales and service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Energetic and focused on providing top-tier service.

  • 1 year related-working experience in a customer sales and service environment.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Familiarity with business/insurance practices and principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and listening skills.
  • Previous experience in a contact center environment preferred.
  • Ability to work well independently and in small teams.
  • Possess a continuous improvement mentality.
