As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will assist customers with their needs, ensuring exceptional service while managing rentals and maintaining equipment.

In Short

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone technology for managing rentals.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and manage returns.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer knowledge and great customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to learn and participate in safety training.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
