Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs and maintaining equipment.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification provided).
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Work in a moderate-risk environment with safety precautions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work with safety equipment and precautions.
