Overview

As a Stryker Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service through various channels while maintaining high standards of integrity and responsiveness.

In Short

  • Work remotely from Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm EST.
  • Provide phone and email support for sales and healthcare inquiries.
  • Handle order entry, status verification, and processing returns.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with company specifications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support beyond standard hours as needed.
  • Requires at least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Preferred experience with ERP systems like SAP and Salesforce.
  • Bonus eligible with benefits included.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years of direct customer service or call center experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ year of full-cycle order entry experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems: SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, Power BI.
