Overview

Helpware is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to customers in both English and Spanish, focusing on healthcare transportation needs.

In Short

  • Part-time position (30-32 hours a week)
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish
  • Schedule transportation for healthcare appointments
  • Check status of transportation reservations
  • Interact with health plan members and transportation providers
  • Route calls to internal teams for billing and account issues
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of health insurance programs is a plus
  • Must have strong problem-solving and communication skills
