Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of a team of CSRs/TSRs, ensuring that each individual performs at par with the standards set by the company and the client.

In Short

  • Monitors the performance of each team member against specified account/program metrics.
  • Performs tasks related to team management including coaching and mentoring.
  • Provides administrative support for the team.
  • Motivates agents to fulfill professional growth targets.
  • Direct line management for a team of 10-15 agents.
  • Conducts regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensures understanding of the company’s mission and vision.
  • Oversees staffing plans and schedule adherence.
  • Nurtures a culture aligned with leadership principles.
  • Must have excellent time management and project management skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in the BPO industry or similar capacity.
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig.
  • Amenable to work from home.
  • Amenable to work on graveyard and shifting schedules.
