SEO Link Builder (Middle/Senior) - Remote

We're looking for an experienced Link Builder to strengthen Helpware’s SEO performance. You’ll design and execute link-building strategies that drive organic traffic and build domain authority for helpware.com. • Drive noticeable growth in organic traffic to helpware.com and steadily increase domain authority by strategically acquiring backlinks from diverse, high-quality sources.
• Establish a sustainable, well-organized link-building process that supports long-term SEO objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive link-building strategies for short- and long-term SEO success.
• Negotiate link placements with various link partners and vendors on advantageous terms.
• Expand partner base by identifying and securing relationships with high-quality websites.
• Conduct advanced outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
• Analyze competitor link profiles to identify opportunities.
• Work with AI tools to edit or create content for contextual link insertions.
• Monitor and optimize link-building campaigns, delivering detailed monthly reports.
• Stay ahead of SEO trends and test innovative approaches to link acquisition.

Requirements

• 2+ years of link-building experience, ideally in US/European market.
• Written English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Deep expertise in off-page SEO and link-building best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• A creative problem-solver skilled at finding unconventional link-building opportunities.
• Ability to develop, refine and scale systematic link-building processes.
• Experience mentoring or training link builders is a strong plus.
