Overview

The Team Leader will support the Service Manager in contract delivery, ensuring quality and effective team management.

• Support the Service Manager with contract delivery.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities and deputize as needed.
• Allocate workloads based on project plans.
• Manage processors and conduct monthly one-on-ones.
• Identify areas for team improvement.
• Exhibit exceptional motivational skills.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of legislation.
• Understand the details of contracts being managed.
• Maintain attendance in line with company policy.
• Act as an ambassador within the Business Centre.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue management.
• Training and mentoring experience.
• Experience in handling complaints.
• Ability to work from the Hartlepool office in a hybrid model.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
