In Short

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule transportation reservations for healthcare appointments
• Check status of transportation reservations
• Interact with health plan members and transportation providers
• Route calls to internal teams for specialized inquiries

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a high call volume call center
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and NEMT guidelines preferred
• Knowledge of health insurance programs and benefits preferred
