Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team, providing technical assistance to T-CETRA merchants in both English and Spanish.

In Short

• Full-time position with a schedule of 12pm - 9pm, days off on Tuesday & Saturday.
• Remote work with initial training in Dublin, Ohio.
• Respond to customer calls in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with activation of SIM cards and port-in activations.
• Explain activation issues, transactions, and terms.
• Contact carriers to resolve activation issues.
• Maintain relationships with merchants and employees.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong technical and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma required; college coursework a plus.
