Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team. This role involves providing technical assistance to T-CETRA merchants and responding to merchant needs in a professional and friendly manner.

In Short

• Part-time position, up to 24 hours on weekends
• Remote work with initial training in Dublin, Ohio
• Respond to customer calls in English and Spanish
• Assist with activation of SIM cards and port-in activations
• Resolve activation issues and verify activations
• Build relationships with merchants and agents

• High School Diploma required

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Patient and passionate personality
• High School Diploma required; college coursework a plus
