Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team. The Bilingual CSR will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to T-CETRA merchants and respond to merchant needs in a professional and friendly manner.

In Short

• Shift: 3pm – 12am, Days Off: Friday & Sunday
• Respond to Customer calls in both English and Spanish
• Assist with activation of SIM cards and port-in activations
• Contact carriers to resolve activation issues
• Maintain good relationships with merchants and agents
• Full-time, hourly position
• Initial training in Dublin, Ohio
• Work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma required
• College coursework a plus
